OPPS brings disciplined, professional pit support built to keep your operation calm, fast, and locked-in, so you can focus on racing, strategy, and getting to the finish instead of putting out fires in the pits. Every package and add-on runs on the same baseline rules to keep pricing clean and execution tight: your team covers lodging, one meal per day per mechanic, and travel coordination to the rendezvous point—and we show up ready to work as a dedicated part of your pit crew, not “the help.” Travel is whatever works for your program: fuel reimbursement, pickup, flights, or any other setup that gets your mechanic where they need to be, on time and ready.

Weekend Warrior Package
The Weekend Warrior Package (WP) is OPPS’s full-race-weekend base pit support package for teams that don’t have time for chaos. We show up early, get set, and stay locked in—so when the pressure spikes, your pit program stays calm, fast, and professional. WP is built for execution: clear comms, clean processes, and a crew that handles problems without adding drama. You focus on driving and strategy—we handle the pit-side grind that wins weekends.
Pricing + what’s included/expected
$600 per mechanic covers 4 days total: 2 travel days + 2 working days. Need more support? Multi-mechanic discounts are available when you add more than one OPPS mechanic—talk to a sales representative to confirm the best rate for your team and race schedule.
Over the Border
TThe Over the Border (OTB) Package is OPPS’s Baja-ready pit support for teams racing in Mexico—built for the added logistics, longer days, and higher stakes that come with SCORE, NORRA, and other Baja events. We handle the same core mission as our Weekend Warrior support—show up early, get set, and stay locked in—so your pit program stays calm, fast, and professional when things get loud and time gets tight. OTB is for teams that want disciplined execution and clear communication in an environment where mistakes get expensive.
Pricing + what’s included/expected
OTB starts at $1,200 per mechanic and covers 5 days total: 2 travel days + 3 working days. The same base rules as WP apply: the team covers lodging, 1 meal per day, and travel coordination for each mechanic (fuel reimbursement, pickup/rendezvous, flights—however you want to run it). Because Baja logistics can vary a lot by course, location, and schedule, final pricing is confirmed with a sales rep based on your specific race and plan.
Crew Chief Add-on
The Crew Chief Add-On is for teams that want pit operations handled by a pro—no guesswork, no scrambling, no babysitting the pit. Add a certified OPPS Crew Chief to your base package and you get someone whose job is to run the pit, keep the crew organized, manage the flow, and make sure the right things happen in the right order and at the right time. If you don’t want the hassle of calling every move yourself—or you’re not sure what’s needed—this add-on puts a calm, experienced lead in charge so your pit program stays tight.

$250 add-on (must be paired with a base package) to upgrade one mechanic to a certified Crew Chief to lead and coordinate your pit operations.
Pre-Run
The Pre-Run Add-On gives you OPPS mechanics on the ground during pre-run days to support whatever your program needs before race day. Whether it’s chasing, wrench turning, prep and checks, or handling the random problems that always pop up in the desert, we’re there to keep your vehicle moving and your team on schedule. Add pre-run support when you want fewer delays, faster fixes, and a crew that stays useful from the first mile of pre-run to the starting line.
Pricing
$150 per day, per mechanic for pre-run days (add-on to a base package).
Additional Working Race Day Add-On
Some races don’t fit into a clean two-day work window—and that’s exactly what this add-on is for. The Additional Working Race Day Add-On covers extra required work days tied to the race itself, whether that’s tech and contingency, additional race days, or extended race-day operations for long-format events. This is not pre-run support—this is for races where the schedule demands more working days to stay competitive and keep your program covered (examples: SCORE Baja 1000 with tech/contingency plus 24+ hours of racing, or rally formats with tech day + multiple days of racing).
