All OPPS packages follow the same baseline expectations to keep pricing straightforward and execution tight: the Race team covers travel coordination to the rendezvous point (fuel reimbursement, pickup, flights, or whatever arrangement fits your program and event location), lodging, and 1 meal per day per mechanic. This isn’t a “nice-to-have”—it’s how we keep our contractors rested, on time, and effective because OPPS mechanics are an integrated part of your pit team for the weekend, not just “the help.” For long-format events, races 750+ miles require an additional working day, which is billed as a package add-on and adds $250 to the package price.

Weekend Warrior Package
$600.00

The Weekend Warrior Package (WP) is OPPS’s base pit support option, priced per mechanic, built to cover the core needs of a standard race weekend—whether your biggest gap is pit execution, chase coverage, or keeping your program organized and on time. WP reserves your mechanic for 4 days total: 2 travel days (when appl.) + 2 working days, placing an OPPS contractor into your program as an integrated member of your team (not “the help”) with the expectation of professional, direct communication both ways.

What WP covers: WP includes pit-side support and race-weekend execution tasks such as fueling operations, tire/wheel changes, basic vehicle maintenance and quick-turn checks, and pit positioning/support roles (e.g.: goggles/tear-offs, hydration, driver handoff needs, and other “keep the racer moving” tasks). Depending on your program, WP can also include operational support like chase driving, time/position keeping, and helping your crew stay organized through the weekend so the right things happen in the right order when the pressure spikes.

Pre-Run Days Add-on

The Pre-Run Days Add-On puts OPPS mechanics to work during pre-run so your program stays moving before race day. Use them for chase driving, wrenching and repairs, prep and checks, and handling the inevitable problems that pop up when you’re putting miles on the vehicle. The goal is simple: fewer delays, faster fixes, and a crew that stays useful from the first pre-run mile to the start line. Price is per mechanic, per day.

Over The Border

The Over the Border Package (OTB) is OPPS’s base pit support option for any and all Baja races, built on the same standards as WP but designed for the added logistics and pressure that come with racing in Mexico. OTB reserves your mechanic for the same 4 days, placing an OPPS contractor directly into your program as a working part of your pit team. OTB covers the same core pit and race-weekend execution needs as WP—fueling operations, tire/wheel changes, basic maintenance and quick-turn checks, pit positioning/support roles, chase driving and logistics, and operational support as needed. Race Prep
$80.00

Race Prep (Bikes + Quads Only) is OPPS’s shop-style prep service built to get your machine clean, inspected, and race-ready without cutting corners. Race Prep includes tear down, wash, chain maintenance, fluid service (no suspension work), parts replacement (parts must be provided by the customer), frame and component inspections, and a final wash and shine so you roll into the weekend ready. If your program requires specific products—whether sponsor-mandated or personally preferred—those products must be provided to ensure we prep the bike exactly to your standard.

Pit Sharing Add-On
$0.00

Pit Sharing is a cost-splitting option where 3–4 racers team up to share one pit location and share the cost of the OPPS mechanic(s) and base package for the event. It’s built for races with dedicated pits (think loop-style events), where multiple racers can realistically run out of the same pit without turning it into chaos. Racers don’t have to be in the same class—what matters is that your schedules and pit needs can operate from one shared location.

Pit Sharing is typically not ideal for chase-heavy formats, where teams are spread out and moving. To keep execution clean, OPPS recommends no more than 3–4 racers per shared pit, and the group should coordinate expectations ahead of time so the pit stays organized, fair, and functional for everyone.

Crew Chief Add-On
$300.00

The Crew Chief Add-On upgrades your base package with an OPPS mechanic who’s certified to run your pit program, not just work in it. Your Crew Chief handles the operational load—pit planning, chase logistics and coordination, and keeping the moving pieces organized—so your racer gets the pit they expect without you having to micromanage it. When the race requires multiple pits or a moving “chase” style setup, they help coordinate pit coverage, keep crews aligned, and make sure handoffs don’t turn into guesswork. They can record lap times, track position, and manage pit flow in real time while keeping communication channels organized and clean so the right info gets to the right people fast.

Any CC being added to a OTB package will require 3-5 days minimum of PR Days depending on length of course to plan and prep logistics. The only exception is if the racer/team plans on Pre-Running for less then the required amount of days days, then the CC will require to be at every pre-run day.
